Upload your physicians file, then enrich against the official CMS NPI Registry — current NPI, specialty + taxonomy code, practice address, registered phone, credentials & status. Email addresses aren't in the NPI registry, so email = verify (MX) any you already have. This data stays here, never mixed with your contacts.
Column names auto-detected: NPI, first/last name, specialty, address, city, state, zip, phone, email. If your file has an NPI number column, matches are exact; otherwise it matches on name + state (skipped when ambiguous, to stay accurate). Big files stream in and enrich in the background over time.

Compliance
Contacts come only from licensed Apollo data with per-lead source provenance. EU leads are flagged for GDPR. Suppressed emails (🚫 on any lead) are excluded from every export. Email 1 always carries an opt-out line for CAN-SPAM.
